IPO for Algerian Mobilis

The Algerian government announced on September 26 plans to bring 10 state owned entities to the stock market, including mobile operator Mobilis. The agency responsible for managing state participations, the Conseil des participations de l'État (CPE), also plans to sell shares in construction group Cosider Carrières, Crédit populaire d'Algérie (CPA), insurance company CAAR, and six cement factories.
