TMSF to hire DigiTurk sale adviser

The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund of Turkey (TMSF) is thought to be hiring an investment bank to run the sale of Turkish TV company DigiTurk, which has already attracted two bids from Turk Telekom and Dogan Holdings.

So far, the process has been run in-house by TMSF, sources said, but the organisation was now ‘on the verge’ of hiring an adviser to run the sale, following the confiscation of DigiTurk as part of a wider intervention of assets owned by the Cukurova Group.
